About this Teddy Grahams guide

Teddy Grahams are small bear-shaped graham snacks made by Nabisco. This site is an independent guide to the packs you can buy, written for the person who fills the lunchboxes.

What Teddy Grahams are

Each piece is a bear-shaped graham cracker cookie baked from graham flour (whole grain wheat flour) and enriched wheat flour. The flavors on sale today are Honey, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Chocolatey Chip, plus round Disney Heroes and Villains honey grahams sold in the same line. Strawberry and other flavors appear from time to time and drop out again.

The line belongs to Nabisco, a brand of Mondelēz International. Teddy Grahams is their trademark. We use the name because that is the product we write about, and nothing on this site comes from either company.

What this guide covers

One catalog of every Teddy Grahams pack on sale with our retail partner: boxes, bags, snack-pack cases and the Nabisco variety boxes that carry Teddy pouches. Each pack has its price, its price per ounce and the label facts its product description prints: serving size, calories, sugars, sodium, fiber, the ingredient list and the Contains line.

Packs that go off sale leave the site with the next update and come back when they return. We do not keep pages for things you cannot buy.

Why price per ounce

A ten-pouch box and a six-box case are hard to compare by price alone. Dividing by ounces turns every pack into the same unit, and that unit tells you which pack is the better buy.

What we never claim

We do not say a snack is healthy, good for children or safe for anyone with an allergy. Those are questions for the label in your hand and for your doctor. We quote the labels as printed and name the federal guides we read to explain them.
